We are an online retail shop and do not have a regular street shopfront however a pick-up option is available from our premises at Draper, Queensland, Australia.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The information on products available on this website are supplied by our suppliers and reviewed by us which can be viewed when clicking on an item for further information. At all times we try to provide accurate information on all products. Our suppliers either provide images, or photos are taken by us to best illustrate the product for you. All products are available unless flagged as out of stock. We will endeavour to restock product as quickly as possible. If for some reason an out of stock item is able to have been ordered we will contact you immediately and offer a no obligation alternative.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following payment methods:
- PAYPAL (for credit card payments) - Bank Deposit / EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) - Personal or Bank Cheque
We cannot send your order until we have received your payment. Payment is required within 7 days of placing an order. If we haven't received your payment by then we will cancel the order.
Credit Card We use Paypal to accept online payments via credit card. It is secure, fast & free to use. To learn more about Paypal please visit the Paypal site - www.paypal.com.au
Hansen Forge P/L does not have access to credit card details when using Paypal.
Bank Deposit / EFT (Not available for International customers) At the end of the checkout process our bank details (Account Name, Number & BSB) will be provided to you. Your Order Confirmation email will also contain our bank details. If you are unable to locate them when making payment please contact us & we will email them to you.
Please use your ORDER NUMBER as the payment description when paying via EFT. You can find your order number on the 'Order Confirmation' email that is sent to you after you confirm your order through the checkout process.

At the end of the Cheque-Out procedure, print out your order details and send them together with a cheque to:-

SHIPPING INFORMATION
At this stage we are only offering product to Australian and New Zealand customers.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24hrs of receiving order and cleared payment. If this is not possible we will notify you with delivery information and or alternatives.
All orders are shipped using Australia Post and Hansen Forge P/L cannot be responsible for transit times.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping Rates are calculated by weight of the total order of the items in your shopping cart using a delivery rate calculator within the checkout process. Delivery options are regular post and express post, which have varying price and delivery time frames. Please choose the option which best suits you.
PICK UP
A pick up option is available from our premises and can be chosen during the checkout process. If this option is chosen please contact us to arrange a suitable pickup time.
BULK ORDERS
If ordering bulk orders it can be expensive to use the post system provided. To arrange an alternative shipping arrangement use the pick up option during the checkout procedure and we will try to arrange a more cost effective alternative. You will be advised of alternatives and payment for delivery is to be received prior to dispatch.
RETURNS
We will gladly offer exchange on any goods purchased from us via this website. Goods must be returned in the same condition they left our premises. Freight and postage unfortunately cannot be refunded, nor return postage.
We will gladly exchange for wrongly packed orders and pay for return postage.
WARRANTY
Warranties are varied according to the manufacturer which cannot be listed on this website. Under no circumstances can warranty be honoured for misused items. Returned items to be covered by warranty are to be considered by the manufacturer. We cannot provide a refund or exchange product until the manufacturer has made an assessment of returned goods.
PRIVACY
We collect information about you to process your order and to provide the best possible service. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
From time to time you may receive marketing material from us directly. We do so at our own discretion and under no circumstances at the direction from any other party.
Hansen Forge P/L does not sell, rent or exchange your personal information to others.
